Galetech Group, renewables consultancy company based in Ireland has acquired a majority stake in Optinergy, a wind energy turbine operations and maintenance company from the BVP investments for a price that is not disclosed, and this deal has been responsible in marking the end of a successful relationship of Optinergy with the BVP Investments of five years, and this relationship has also provided EIIS (Employment and Investment Incentive Scheme) investment at the growth period of Optinergy.
The investors of EIIS of BVP for the Optinergy have all secured a strong return on their investment, and the company ‘Optinergy’ has currently been providing the services across many wind energy farms in both the regions of Ireland and Northern Ireland, and the company has also been diversified into the other areas of the renewable energy, along with the expertise in the solar energy and the battery storage assets.
The Galetech Group is also having plans for continuing the services where the BVP has left off and it is also going to provide investment in the Optinergy in the future, and the company is currently having an employee strength of 40 staff.
