The NHS of United Kingdom has now launched the world’s biggest trial of a potentially revolutionary blood test, which has been aiming to detect more than 50 types of the disease cancer before the symptoms of the disease appear.

Over 100,000 volunteers are now being sought for the purpose of providing the samples of blood at the mobile test clinics in the regions across the United Kingdom for assessing how well the test is going to work in the health service of the country.

The test, which is known as Galleri test, can possibly find different types of cancers that are very difficult to identify early by selecting the fragments of the DNA of the people, which are shed from the tumors into the bloodstream.

Amanda Pitchard, chief executive of NHS England said, this simple and quick sample test can be responsible in highlighting the beginning of a revolution in the detection and treatment of cancer and this test is also going to play a major role in the ambition of NHS UK for catching the three quarters of cancers in the early stage.
