The Partners Group, A company in Switzerland, is going to be investing 400 million dollars for buying a controlling sate in Dimension Renewable Energy, a solar energy company in the United States. The global private markets company ‘Partners Group’ is going to invest the amount on behalf of the clients of the company.
The company ‘Partners Group’ said, the company has agreed for buying the equity stake in the Dimension Renewable Energy of United States, which is a distributed energy platform, that is focusing on the battery storage and community solar across the United States of America.
According to the sources, the Partners Company is investing the amount for the stake of the company in the Dimension Renewable Energy, and it is also expecting that, the company will be growing to more than 1.2 billion dollars.
The Dimension Renewable Energy has now been focusing on originating, financing, developing and also operating the battery storage and community solar facilities across the United States of America and it has also developed a pipeline of more than 180 energy projects that in total have more than 800 megawatts of the solar capacity and more than 800-MWhs of the battery storage across US.
