Scout Clean Energy, owner, operator and producer of the renewable energy has announced the acquisition of the Blue Sky Solar utility scale project from the renewable energy developer known as Renewable Energy Systems. Last week, the Scout Clean Energy has also announced that, it has acquired the Solar Energy of 112 MW located in Stockton Lake, Missouri developed by the Azimuth Renewables, and this solar energy project has been valued at around 120 million dollars.
The Blue Sky project has also been one of the biggest solar energy projects have been approved until now in the regional transmission organization, which has been coordinating the wholesale electricity in all the parts of the 13 states and also the District of Columbia in the United States.
Michael Rucker, founder and chief executive officer of Scout Clean Energy said, the company ‘Blue Sky’ has been further diversifying their fleet across the solar energy and wind energy and storage, and the company has been closed out in the year 2021 along with more than 12,000 megawatts in the company’s development pipeline and over 1,200 megawatts of the renewable energy projects in the operations across the country.
The company ‘Blue Sky’ has also got the approval for operations along with the Grundy County in the month of December 2020 and the company has also started the acquisition of the land and interconnection studies on the site in the year 2018, and this project has also expected for receiving the company’s full agreement of interconnection in the third quarter of the year 2021.
