ZOO Digital of UK Sues Adobe Over Patent of DVD Technology

According to a complaint, which was filed earlier this week, in the Colorado District of United States, one of the audio-visual content creation products of the company ‘Adobe Inc.’ has been sued by the company Plaintiiff, owned by UK’s ZOO Digital Limited of United Kingdom. The claims at the issue 67 and 68, had been reportedly improving upon the prior art and it has also been describing the methods to produce the content in a DVD-Video compatible format.

In the suit, the claims 67 and 68 have been reportedly addressing the previous technological faults of the company Adobe Inc. by setting forth a different and non-abstract method for providing the authority of the audio-visual content into the form of a compliant along with a specification for the DVDs and also for being able to be record an optical disc recording the medium.

The compliant filed, explains that, the 103 Patent, whose title is ‘Authoring Complex Audio Visual Products’ had been issued in the month of August 2009 by the Patent and Trademark Office of the United States. According to one invention, which is claimed by the 103 Patent have been reportedly comprised of a computer platform that mainly includes a storage medium, that generally stores the thereon instructions, that have been performing the steps of authoring the complex audio-visual products.
