Volkswagen Launches New-Gen Electric Motor to Power its “ID” Family

An improved stator with a greater effective number of windings and a larger wire cross-section generates the significantly higher torque, which ensures better power deployment at any speed and at no speed. Additionally, the rotor is outfitted with a permanent magnet that is stronger and has a higher load capacity.
