Givaudan and Fiberstar, company based in the United States have now partnered for the purpose of commercializing the citrus fiber ingredient of the company ‘Fiberstar’ known as Citri-Fi that can possibly be used for the purpose of replacing a number of the common texturizing ingredients in the applications of the food.
