Apple’s Self-Driving EV Project Delayed, will be Launched in 2026

Apple’s electric car, called the Apple Car, won’t go on sale until 2026 and is expected to cost less than $100,000. Apple is reducing the scope of its self-driving electric vehicle concept. Titan, Apple’s project for an electric vehicle, appears to have been in limbo for the past few months.

At first, Apple wanted to create a car without a steering wheel or pedals that would allow passengers to sit facing each other in a limousine. Albeit, the electric vehicle project has now been diminished in degree and will likewise have a more conventional design with a driver’s seat, with pedals and a steering wheel.

The electric vehicle company will be able to drive on highways, but it will not have fully autonomous or self-driving capabilities. The electric vehicle will give adequate independence to clients to play games and view recordings while driving yet the vehicle will demand the drivers assume control when they are in a city or during a terrible climate.

The Apple Car will now cost 100,000 dollars instead of the more than 120,000 dollars that were initially anticipated because Apple has reduced the vehicle’s technologies and amenities. Apple is still working on the electric car’s design, but it will be finished by the end of 2023.
