Elon Musk: Factories of Tesla Losing Billions Of Dollars

Elon Musk, chief executive officer of Tesla said, the new factories of the company in the United States and Germany are losing billions of dollars because of the battery shortages and disruptions in the supply in China. He also called the plants in the regions including Berlin and Texas as gigantic money furnaces.

Elon Musk said, both the factories in Berlin and Austin, Texas are the gigantic money furnaces currently and it is really like a warning sound, which has been the of the money on fire. The production plants of Tesla are currently losing billions of dollars and there has been a ton of expense and there is hardly any output.

Elon Musk also said that, the gigafactories have been struggling for increasing the production since the factories were opened earlier 2022. The site of tesla in the region of Austin, Texas is currently producing very small number of cars because of some of the components for the car’s batteries had been stuck as an airport in China with no one for actually moving it.

Elon Musk has also added that, all this thing is going to get fixed really fast but it is also requiring a lot of attention and the shutdown of Shanghai factory had been very difficult for the company, which has reportedly stopped most of the company’s production at the gigafactory of the company in the city for weeks.
