Mercedes-Benz to end Production of A-Class After 2022 in US

According to the reports, the company ‘Mercedes Benz’ has decided for to end the production of the A-Class sedan after the 2022 model year as the company has given the con formation.

The company ‘Mercedes’ has launched the small sedan for the year 2019 as being an affordable entry point to the brand for the purpose of helping to be hooked in the young purchasers, but a memo of a dealer have seen that, the car will not be making it to the fifth birthday in the region of North America even though the sales in the other markets should possibly continue.

According to the report, after doing a careful consideration, the Mercedes-Benz USA is not going to be offering the V177 A-Class sedan in the United States after the current 2022 model of the car, and as the A-Class had been received extremely well by the customers of the company since the launch, the decision has been consistent with the company’s ongoing effort for streamlining the product offering strategy of the company.

According to the company, the Mercedes-Benz GLA SUV is going to be taking over the position of A-Class as the entry point into the product range of the Mercedes Benz USA. The report has also been claiming that, the shifting of the corporate priorities at the company have been behind the decision that has been suggesting that, the brand is looking for refocusing and concentrating on the luxury cars along with some high profit margins in the US Market.
