Sajid Javid Refuses to Rule Out Further Corona Virus Restrictions

Sajid Javid, health secretary of the United Kingdom said has made it clear that, tougher corona virus restriction can possibly be imposed in the country before Christmas, after the committee of the government of the United Kingdom has warned that, the hospitalizations can peal between 3,000 to 10,000 corona virus cases per day.

Sajid Javid has also acknowledged that, the data about the new Omicron covid-19 variant has remained incomplete, but he has also suggested that, it might be very important for making the decisions before the complete picture is available.

When Sajis Javid was asked about ruling out the new covid-19 measures, he said that, they are currently assessing the situation, and it has been very fast moving and also said that, there has been a lot of uncertainty because of the gaps in the data, but they have to be working with the data, which they have and they should not let the perfection for being the enemy of good.

Saji Javid said, it had already been clear that, the new Omicron covid-19 variant has been spreading in the country very fast, and he also said that, there are likely going to be many more cases than what the official data is showing.

Sajid Javid added that, it has been a sobering analysis, and they are taking is seriously, and he also said that, he and his colleagues are going to be assessing the advice along with the effect of the potential measures of restrictions including the economic effects.
