PollenPay Launches in BNPL Space in UK Market

As soon as the Australia based BNPL company ‘Openpay’ said, it had been leaving the market of the United Kingdom, the company PollenPay based in Manchester of the United Kingdom has now announced its launch into the same market of the United Kingdom.

The contrasting moves of the Openpay and PollenPay has been reflecting the fiercely competitive BNPL market and with the help of the established and settled players like the Klarna and Clearpay has been vying for a slice of a market that has now reached over 17 million customers of the United Kingdom in the year 2021.

Ed Bunting, interim chief executive officer of Openpay said, it is going to stop providing the company’s retail service in the United Kingdom, and he has also cited a very high degree of the competition for the acquisition of the merchant.

The company ‘PollenPay’ said that, it has officially launched in the United Kingdom and the BNPL app of the company has also been downloaded more than 1000 times, and the company has also partnered with more than 250 retailers for the purpose of giving the consumers the option of paying for the products in the instalments for the people that are paying on time.

The company ‘PollenPay’ is also going to make money by charging the retailers for using the services of the company.
