Xerox Launched High-Capacity XLS Vacuum Feeder for Iridesse and Digital Presses

The company ‘Xerox’ has announced the high capacity XLS Vacuum Feeder that is going to be allowing the customers for the purpose of advancing the core capabilities of the company’s Xerox Iridesse Production Press and also for the Xerox Versant Presses when processing the job even using longer sizes of the sheets.

The advanced vacuum feeder technology of the company has been providing the improvements in the process of feeding the reliability that has been boosting the functionality and productivity for the XLS (extra-long sheets), and these long sheets have been running at the production volumes that has been empowering the customers to offer new applications to their portfolios like posters, signage, and other XLS jobs along with expanding the potential of the profit.

The new feeder has been responsible for updating the production feeding by the application of the vacuum and the air-assistant technologies through the overall feeding process from the separation of the sheet to the paper path insertion. Additionally, the technology has been employing a shuttle head along with a unique design that will be setting the vacuum technology of Xerox apart by producing the multiple-sheet misfeeds impossible virtually.
