Covid-19 Vaccination Deadline for NHS Staff Maybe Delayed

The Royal College of GPs said that, the deadline for the healthcare workers of NHS for having a novel corona virus vaccination should possibly be delayed for the prevention of the shortages of the staff in the United Kingdom. The staff of the UK NHS should have a first jab of the covid-19 vaccine by 3rd February 2022 and fully vaccinated by 1st April 2022 for the purpose of continuing the frontline roles.

The Department of Health of the United Kingdom said that, there had been no plans for delaying of vaccination and it had also been the right thing for doing to protect the patients, and the workers of the UK NHS, who had been opposing the mandatory vaccination policy that have been staged as a protest in the region of central London.

The demonstrations had also been held in the several other cities across the United Kingdom including the regions like Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham and Glasgow, and the countries including Wales and Scotland have not made any of the proposals for making the corona virus vaccine jabs for the workers of NHS of the staff of care home.

Martin Marshall, chairman of the Royal College of GPs said that, the compulsory corona virus vaccination for the healthcare professional in the United Kingdom had not been the right way ahead, and he also said that, the vast majority of the healthcare staff had been vaccinated but around 70,000 to 80,000 had not been vaccinated and they have also accounted for around 10 percent of the healthcare staff at several hospitals across the United Kingdom.
