ADM Buys Flavor Infusion International To Expand into the Caribbean and Latin America

The company ‘ADM’ has now acquired the Flavor Infusion International, which has been expanding the company’s global reach and the capabilities in the high-growth flavour segment.

Vince Macciocchi, president of the nutrition business of ADM said, The Flavor Infusion International, which has been a full-range provider of the specialty and flavor ingredient solutions for the customers across the regions of the Caribbean and Latin America, and it is going to open up the new regional opportunities for the ADM.

Vince Macciocchi said, their nutrition segment has also been delivering the growth profit of 15 percent to 20 percent every year, and the flavor business of the company has been an important driver of the success of the company, along with the annual sales growth of over 10 percent, and this purchase has been representing another important addition as they expanding their capabilities in the high-value segment of the company.

With the help of this transaction, the ADM is going to acquire the manufacturing facilities of Flavor Infusion International in the regions of Colombia and Panama and it is going to be adding 60 employees to the food and beverage customers of ADM across the Caribbean and Latin America.

Daniel DeClerk, chief executive officer and chairman of FISA said that, the customers of the company as well as the employees is going to be benefiting from the global presence, along with the significant capabilities of Research and Development and the robust sales and marketing resources of the company.
