iSun Announced Investment in Encore Renewable Energy in US

iSun, a clean mobility infrastructure and solar energy company, has been making a strategic minority interest equity investment in the Encore Renewable Energy, which has been one of the top 20 commercial solar energy developers in the United States.

Jeffrey Peck, chief executive officer of iSun said, this partnership has been reflecting the progress that they have been making against their three-pronged strategy for the growth, and he also said that, by deepening their long-term relationship with the Encore Renewable Energy, they are also going to gain the invaluable insights into the new geographic markets, which they can possibly use for advancing their strategy in the future.

Jeffery Peck said, they are also going to strengthen a long-term relationship with a partners, whose commitment and values to the innovation are similar to theirs. Jeffery Peck added that, the experience of Encore Renewable Energy in the process of reclaiming the undervalued real estate for the generation and storage of the clean energy, along with revitalizing the communities with the deployment of the agrivoltaic solutions illustrating the company’s understanding of the challenges and ultimately decreasing the barriers for the adoption of solar energy.

Chad Farrell, founder and CEO of Encore Renewable Energy said, this new infusion of the investment from the company ‘iSun’ is going to allow them to more than double their project development pipeline over the upcoming 12 months and also deploying the additional community-scale solar energy and storage solutions across the region.
