BMW to End Its i3 Sales in US from July 2021

The Automobile giant BMW is soon going to stop the production of the model BMW i3 for the United States Market. According to a dear of the company ‘BMW’, the final production for the i3 hatchback has been now scheduled of the month of July 2021.

For the past 12 months, the inventory of i3 hatchback for the United States market had been the company’s lowest point and the customers have often been facing the difficulties for securing a particular production slot, and according to a latest information from the dealer has suggested that, there have around 180 i3 production slots remaining.

The news for the closure comes as no surprise, and the company BMW has now been heavily investing in the launch of the new BMW i4 and BMW iX-generation electric cars, and there has also been a very less amount of the incentive for the purpose of marketing or promotion of the heavily discounted and incentivized i3.

The first production series electric car BMW had been off to a rough start in the year 2013, but as the time passed, it had been successful in gaining the attention and it has also become a good seller for the company BMW. The BMW i3 hatchback, along with its looks and fun dynamics of driving has been a popular choice of the people in the continent of Europe.

The BMW i3 is going to go as the first and might be the last car built by the company BMW on a full carbon fiber frame.
