Frank Lampard, a Chelsea legend, has been appointed interim manager until the end of the current season. The move comes just a few days after the giants of the Premier League fired Graham Potter. During Tuesday’s 0-0 draw with Liverpool, Bruno Salter was in charge, but Lampard will continue to be in charge until the end of the season.
With 39 points, Chelsea is 11th in the Premier League table, 32 points behind leaders Arsenal after 29 matches. After a string of disappointing results, Potter was fired on April 2.
Only in January was Everton manager Frank Lampard fired. The English midfielder was accountable for Chelsea somewhere in the range of 2019 and 2021 and he was sacked by the Stamford Extension Club in January 2021 after 84 games in-control during which he took them to the FA Cup last.

Chelsea are looking into possible options for their full-time manager position at the time of Frank Lampard’s appointment. Among the most prominent names associated with the position are former Bayern Munich coach Julian Nagelsmann and Barcelona coach Luis Enrique.
