MSC to develop Air Cargo Solution in Response to Growing Market Demand

MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company SA, a global leader in logistics and transportation, has started developing a new MSC Air Cargo solution in response to customer demand, and as a complementary service to MSC’s container shipping solutions.

MSC Air Cargo has been under development for several months, and this new solution will be available from early 2023, followed by the delivery of the first of four MSC-branded aircraft known as the Boeing 777-200F, and it will be operated by Atlas Air.

Soren Toft, chief executive officer of MSC, said that they are delighted to announce the development of MSC Air Cargo to accelerate this exciting new offering for MSC clients. This is their first step into this market, and they plan to continue exploring various revenue streams to develop air cargo in a way that complements their core business of container shipping.
