General Motors To Invest $81-Million To Build Cadillac EV In Michigan

General Motors said, the company is investing over 81 million dollars for the purpose of building the Cadillac Celestiq, which is a luxury electric hatchback located at the Global Technical Center of the company, which he heart of the company’s engineering and design efforts.

The funds are going to be used for purchasing and installing the related equipment for hand building the Celestiq at the Warren based in Michigan. Mark Reuss, president of General Motors said that, as being the future flagship sedan of Cadillac, the car has been signifying a new and resurgent era for the brand.

He also said that, each car is going to be built by hands by an amazing team of the craftspeople on their historic Technical Center campus of the company and this investment has been emphasizing their commitment for the purpose of delivering a world-class Cadillac with the best craftsmanship, engineering, design and technology.

General Motors has not revealed the Celestiq yet and the electric vehicle has been appearing for being all the sleek luxury on the outside and all the high technology on the inside. The roof of Celestiq has been expected for featuring a fourth quadrant along with a smart glass that has been allowing each of the occupant for setting their very own level of the roof transparency.
