The Food and Drink Federation (FDF) and the National Skills Academy for Food & Drink (NSAFD) has been asking the producers of all the sizes for the purpose of backing the Careers Passport initiative for accelerative recruitment in all the industries or sectors.

According to the Caroline Keophane, who is the head of the Industry Growth and FDF, there are more than 500,000 vacancies that are open across the farm-to-fork supply chain of the United Kingdom and she also said that, they must fill these places with the potential by matching the talent to the opportunity in all the corners of the country.

She also said that, the food and drink industry has a long history of hiring a wide-ranging and diverse workforce at all the skills levels and they need that for continuing if they are able to build a string pipeline of the home-grown talent and also developing their next generation of the food scientists, marketeers, engineers and leaders.
