As the electric vehicle company ‘Tesla’ has missed out on becoming the leading luxury car brans in the United States in the Year 2021 that let BMW for taking the top spot, the figures of this year has been suggesting that Tesla is now moving in the direction to lead the market in 2022.
According to the data, the sales registrations of Tesla in the month of January 2022 has been increased by 49 percent as compared to the same time in the year 2021 to a total of 37,162 electric vehicles.
This new figure has been pitting against an increase of 8.2 percent increase to 30,563 units for the company ‘BMW’ in the month of January 2022, and it has also been an impressive because the company ‘Tesla’ is only selling the fully electric vehicles as the tally of BMW is also including the combustion engine vehicles and the hybrid vehicles.
The report has also revealed that, the registrations of the vehicles has been decreased by 6 percent to 24,843 vehicles in January 2022, whereas the company ‘Mercedes’ has seen that, its number has been decreased to 20 percent to 22,022 vehicles, although, Tesla has already taken an early for the year 2022 has not been very surprising.
The company has sold 13,604 units of the Model 3 vehicle and 3,903 units of Model S has taken the second and third spot in sales of the month of January in 2022.
