TIER Mobility Buys Spin From Ford As It Enters in North America Market

TIER Mobility, a micro-mobility company based in Germany has announced that, the company has now entered the market of North America along with the acquisition of the company ‘Spin’, a shared electric bike and scooter company owned by Ford.

This has been third acquisition of the TIER Mobility in the couple of months and the company is now going to be partnering with the cities in the two new countries including the United States and Canada for the purpose of delivering the services.

Ben Bear, chief executive officer of Spin said that, both Spin and TIER believe in a partnership-first approach, that has been operating with the employees other than the contractors and also providing help in getting the people out of the cars by offering then equitable, sustainable and safe micro-mobility services.

He also said that, the cannot be more excited for continuing to scale the moment of Spin in the region of North America as a part of the family of TIER Mobility, and together they are going to be number one choice of the riders and cities across the globe.

With the acquisition of spin and the 50,000 vehicles of Spin, the company ‘TIER Mobility’ has been expanding the company’s footprint across the globe to over 520 cities and the communities in around 21 countries and the fleet of company to 300,000 vehicles.
