US Government to Start Distributing N95 and KN95 Masks to Health Centers and Pharmacies

The government of the United States is going to start the distribution of the 400 million free N95 Masks to the community health centers and pharmacies this week in the latest effort of the Biden administration for combating the increase in the covid-19 cases caused by the Omicron corona virus variant.

The N95 and K95 asks have been considered as more protective against the novel corona virus than the cloth and surgical masks that are still widely used in the country. The free distribution of the masks has come along with the launch of a website of the federal government where the residents of the United States can possibly order free at-home rapid corona virus tests through the postal service.

Although, the distribution of face masks also comes at the US CDC has been predicting the wave of the Omicron variant has been peaked even though the number of the new daily corona virus cases across the United States have still remain much higher than at any other point during the novel corona virus pandemic.

During an announcement, the government of the United States said that, the distribution of the three masks of high quality per person is going to make sure the broad access for all the people of the United States for the protective equipment that had previously been in short supply.

These new efforts of the Biden administration has come as the increase in the Omicron covid-19 cases has been subsidizing in several parts of the United States.
