Cerence Inc., an artificial intelligence company announced that the Toyota Motor North America (TMNA) has selected the Cerence Browse, a content domain based on cloud technology and powered by artificial intelligence for the purpose of bringing the intelligence and power of the internet search engines directly to the vehicles of the company in the company’s next generation multimedia system. The Toyota Motor North America has been first automobile company for deploying the new cloud services of Cerence.
The domain Cercnec Browse is going to be enabling the passengers of Toyota and Lexus for asking general information or the real-time event questions, that has also been including the stock information, geographic data, holidays, astronomy, nutrition, currencies, politics, news events, etc.
The past voice solutions have been focusing on providing the answers mainly for the questions related to the trip or driving such as checking the weather, getting the directions and many more, and the Cerence Brose will be bringing a new level of the overall knowledge of real time experience, along with extending the capabilities of the in-car experience of the company.
Charan Lota, executive chief engineer and vice president of Toyota Motor North America said, the customers of Lexus and Toyota have been passionate about the innovative, and intelligent in-car experiences that has been responsible for making the everyday lives of the passengers easier and more productive.
He also said, Toyota Motor North America is very proud for being the first automobile company in the world for deploying the Cerence Browse.
