The government of United Kingdom has recorded another 32,417 new novel corona virus cases in the United Kingdom in the last 24 hours, that has brought the total number of the novel corona virus cases in the country to 7,664,230.
United Kingdom has also recorded another 58 deaths related to the novel corona virus, which has brought the total number of the deaths related to the novel corona virus in the country to 136,168, and these new figures have only been including the deaths of the people, who have been died within 28 days after testing positive for the first time.
This latest data has come as the WHO (World Health Organization) has now updated the clinical care guidance for the purpose of including the drugs known as imdevimab and casirivmab, which has been produced by Regeneron for the purpose of treating of the non-serious corona virus patients, which are at the high risk for the hospitalization.
Jonathan Van-Tam, deputy chief medical officer of United Kingdom said, the novel corona virus has been still posing at a risk to the country, and he has also urged the people of United Kingdom to take proper precautions against the novel corona virus.
On Friday, 24th September 2021, the official figures has also been showing that, the novel corona virus reproduction number of United Kingdom, which has also been known as R number, have been decreased slightly between 0.8 to 1, and the R number has been indicating the average number of the people, where each novel corona virus positive person will go on to infect.
