According to a survey conducted by a card payment provider ‘Dojo’ of United Kingdom has now revealed that, the favourite post-corona virus treat of United Kingdom are patisseries and several other sweet baked treats.
The company ‘Dojo’ has now analysed the transaction data between the month of February 2020 and the month of June 2021 for the purpose of finding out how much and where the people of United Kingdom are spending their money, and this study have also been assessing the own data of Dojo at a regional level for identifying which cities of UK cities are standing in most of market.
The analysis of Dojo has also found that, the bakery and patisserie industry of United Kingdom has been the leader, when it comes to attract the consumer money, along with logging in an increase of 56.9 percent increase once the novel corona virus lockdown had been completely lifted as compared before the first novel corona virus lockdown had been implemented.
The survey has also found that, the residents of United Kingdom, particularly made a beeline for the freshly baked treats, along with the bakeries in the region that have been reporting an increase of 73 percent in the consumer spending in the United Kingdom.
Exeter, Torquay and Chelmsford have all followed in the study, along with an increase of 71 percent in the spending, while Truro have also rounded off the top five along with an increase of 61 percent in the business for the company’s bakeries.
