The Harlan Bakeries and the AmeriQual Group Holdings has partnered for the purpose of scaling up their growth, and this partnership is boosted by the finance provided by the Turning Rock Partners, along with the existing shareholders and management, that has also participated in the latest round of the Capital.
Hugh Harlan, owner of the Harlan Bakeries said, he is very excited for the opportunity for working with all of their employees for the purpose of vertically integrating both the businesses and also to make sure the continued growth and success for both the companies.
Dennis Straub, president of the AmeriQual Group said, the team of AmeriQual is very excited for partnering with the Harlan Bakeries as they have been moving towards the next phase of the growth of the company, and they also believe that, there have been multiple opportunities for the growth along with the partnership and the working culture of both the companies are also very similar, and they are very excited about their future.
AmeriQual Group is a privately held company based in Indianapolis and it produces a variety of the refrigerated, shelf-stable and frozen foods, along with the condiments and sauces for some of the branded and well-known food companies, educational institutes and government agencies.
The Harlan Bakeries is also a privately owned company, and it is an international wholesale distributor and supplier of the baked products like cakes, pies, cookies, bagels, muffins and breads for the instore bakeries and the company is also a contract producer and it is operating in around seven production facilities that have been located across the United States of America.
