The company ‘Apple’ has launched a new and updated version of its iCloud for the Windows application, and this latest update of the iCloud has been coming as the version 12.5 of Windows will be adding a new iCloud Keychain password manager for the users of Windows.

With the help of new password manager, the users of Windows can be able to access their Keychain passwords of the iCloud and can also be able to add, copy, paste and edit along with looking up to the passwords or usernames. In the month of January 2021, Apple has launched an updated version of the iCloud for the Windows application that have been giving the hints at a new password application.

Although the company has also been implementing the new feature now, and the password extensions of the new iCloud for the applications like Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge have been working alongside with the all-new password manager, that has been letting the passwords of the iCloud to be filled automatically on a Windows machine, that has been similar to how it is going to be working on ‘Safari’.

The Passwords and Usernames that were created by the users will be added to the passwords application automatically, and the iCloud keychains passwords on the Windows have been secured in a database, which is encrypted, and the passwords are then transferred to the extension of the browser by using an encrypted channel along with the passwords which have not been stored in the clear text.
