Doves Farm to Introduce Specialty Flours in UK

The Doves Farm, an organic flour company of United Kingdom has now introduced a specialty range of the organic flours, that has intended to appeal to the adventurous home bakers, that have been wanting to do the experimentation with the taste and texture, but it is also going to bring the environmental and nutritional benefits to the mixing bowl.

The new range of Doves Farm’s organic flour includes an organic Oat, Chickpea, Coconut, Chickpea, Teff, Quinoa and Brown Rice Flour, and all the products are going to be gluten, Kosher and vegan free, along with the multiple products that are going to be offering a source of fibre and high in protein.

According to the data from Kantar Worldpanel, the organic flours have also seen an exceptional growth of 84.2 percent in 2019, and this has particularly been attributed to the boom in baking during the corona virus lockdown, which has been taking the flight for the purpose of breaking the boredom, and this had been driven by the continuous increase in the demand for the products, which are made from the ingredients that grows sustainably.

According to several market researchers, a growth of around 48 percent of the specialty flours as the home bakers have now been moved into the new phase for the purpose of pushing the bar in the content of nutrition, taste and texture.

Clare Marriage, founder of Doves Farm said, after the boom in the baking in 2020, they are also seeing an increase in the demand for the flours that are responsible in offering the textures and tastes, along with the benefits related to the health of the people and environment.
