The company ‘Lone Star’ announced, it is going to purchase the company AOC, a leading producer of speciality resins across the globe, owned by CVC Capital Partners, and the contemplated transaction is currently being the subject to the AOC workers’ council’s consultation and information along the approval from the relevant regulatory authorities.
The company AOC, headquartered in the Netherlands, is a global leader in the CASE and Colorants, along with the formulation and production of the unsaturated polyester resins, vinyl ester resins and several other chemical solutions for the applications in Conventional Composite Resins, Adhesives, Coatings and Protective Barriers and Colorants and Visual Effects.
The company AOC has been serving the customers across the globe, with the speciality products for the different segments like automotive, corrosion, marine, infrastructure and construction, and the company also have the production facilities in the regions including Canada, Europe, Mexico, United States and Asia.
