The acquisition of the company has also been marking the seventh acquisition of the company Jet Health’s strategy for building a premier home health and Hospice provider across the southwestern and western region of the United States.
Founded in 2010, the Signal Home Health and Hospice, which has been primarily serving the patients in the region of San Antonio as well as adjoining counties, along with providing the services of Hospice, along with the physical therapy, skilled nursing, speech therapy, occupational therapy, home health aides and also social workers.
Stacie Bratcher, chief executive officer of Jet Health said, the company Jet Health has got the company’s start in Texas, and they also look for the opportunities for building the density in the country by purchasing the quality providers. San Antonio has now been the second largest in the region of Texas, and the acquisition of the Signal Home Health & Hospice is going to be providing them the ability to the further expansion of their presence throughout the state of Texas.
Stacie Bratcher also said, this acquisition has now further been reflecting the attractiveness to the sellers, that are going to be seeking the buyers, which can possibly provide not just a fair purchase price, but the company is also going to be the one that is going to share their commitment and culture to the quality care.
