The price for the acquisition had approximately been around 340-million dollars, and the amount was paid in cash, subject to the adjustments of working capital and customary closing. The acquisition of the company had been financed with around 65 million dollars in cash from the balance sheet of Absolute Software along with a term loan of 275 million dollars.
